Su and Woo Development Corporation has been in operation since 2013. The company commenced its construction activities for various companies, beginning with Samwon Retirees Association Inc. in the same year. The principal office of the company was established in 2020 under the leadership of Ms. Ji Young Lee. From the beginning, Su and Woo Development Corporation has aspired to establish a lasting legacy. Each project undertaken not only demonstrates the company's expertise in construction but also underscores its unwavering commitment to surpassing expectations. Ms. Lee and her team have founded the company upon a vision of innovation, teamwork, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
Our stockholders include President- Mr. Michael Yu with 54% of shares. Ms. Ji Young Lee as the General Manager with 38% of shares. Ms. Pamela Molina as the Corporate Secretary with 2% of shares, and the rest of the members have 2% shares. Our financial capacity can be shown through our projects as well as our financial accounts.
The primary purpose for which the corporation is incorporated is to construct, improve, renovate, lease, sublease, sell, and/or dispose of houses, hotels, resorts, condominiums, buildings, and other improvements and accessories within the legal framework. The secondary purposes include purchasing, acquiring, developing, improving, subdividing, cultivating, leasing, subleasing, selling, conveying, exchanging, and/or disposing of agricultural, industrial, commercial, and residential lands and other real properties. This is done to the extent allowed by law and as necessary or incidental to the corporate business. The corporation also engages in the development, management, operation, marketing, and promotion of subdivisions, housing, condominium projects, and other real estate development projects.
Furthermore, it is involved in the sale and rental of lots, houses, buildings, apartments, condominiums, and other structures of various kinds, excluding financial leasing and without participating in Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
